ABSOLUTE BEGINNER LINE DANCE COURSES ..... Starting September 2008

Fixed length six week AB Courses will be run at all classes each week in ABERDARE, MERTHYR TYDFIL & BARGOED. The fixed price for these courses will be £15 to be paid when you enrol (that's a £3 saving on normal class prices). Venues & Times can be found on our normal class pages. DANCING FOR HEALTH & FITNESS

LINE DANCING is NOT about dressing up in cowboy gear, although you can if you want to. It is about dancing in lines instead of with a partner and having loads of fun.

DANCE STYLES INCLUDE Waltzes, Tangoes and Cha Chas to name a few, and we use many different types of music, some Country and some Pop.

LINE DANCING is a fun way to get fit and free ourselves from stress. Its about taking part, taking on a challenge at a level to suit every individual and about making new friends.

NO PARTNER NEEDED -MEN & WOMEN OF ALL AGE GROUPS WELCOME - Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult

SPREAD THE WORD - LINE DANCING KEEPS YOUR MIND AND BODY HEALTHY AND IS A FUN EXERCISE FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY!

ABSOLUTE BEGINNER CLASSES are gentle and well within the scope of most people. If you are not able to do all the steps, it is just as beneficial to keep yourself moving. Dances are chosen carefully to keep them within the physical ability of the class members, so you can join us with complete confidence.

OUR AIM IS TO MAKE YOU FITTER AND KEEP YOU ACTIVE

The first hour of every 3hr class is always reserved for absolute beginners so come and join us. I guarantee you will enjoy yourselves

If you have never danced before or are rusty having taken time out then here is your chance. In each beginners class we make sure that you completely understand each new step as it is introduced week by week as you master new easy dances. Friendly atmosphere at all classes.

DIGITAL DANCE MANAGER SOFTWARE

I have developed a simple software package for managing CDs and digital music. This includes a basic MP3 player for playing the selected tracks. There are expansions in the pipeline but as it stands, it offers a simple catalogue solution for managing music tracks with options to add lists of dances suited to each track of music. If anyone would like to have a look at it, you can download a 30 day trial HERE.

The SINGLE USER LICENCE for this package retails at £24.95 in our E-shop but you will need to download and install the trial package before purchasing the licence.
